This stage typically takes between six and twelve months and requires consistent, hands-on support.

Cander also provides transition support to help candidates prepare for their move to Australia, ensuring they are ready both professionally and personally. Where required, ongoing onshore support is available post-arrival to assist with settling into the workplace and adapting to a new environment.
