Haraya does not work alone. At the heart of our operations in the Philippines is Cander, a trusted on-the-ground partner whose work is essential to the quality and reliability of every candidate Haraya presents to Australian employers.

Ours is a partnership built on shared values. Both Haraya and Cander believe that Filipino allied health professionals deserve a proper, well-supported pathway to international careers, and that the Australian healthcare organisations relying on them deserve candidates who arrive prepared, registered, and ready to contribute from day one.

Once a candidate secures a role through Haraya, Cander leads the on-the-ground support in the Philippines. This includes coordinating English proficiency requirements, managing skills assessments with the relevant Australian professional bodies and guiding candidates through the registration process. This stage typically takes between six and twelve months and requires consistent, hands-on support.

Cander also provides transition support to help candidates prepare for their move to Australia, ensuring they are ready both professionally and personally. Where required, ongoing onshore support is available post-arrival to assist with settling into the workplace and adapting to a new environment.

By having Cander manage this critical phase with care and expertise, Haraya can remain focused on what it does best on the Australian side, while candidates in the Philippines have a knowledgeable, accessible, and genuinely invested team supporting them through the registration milestone that makes their move to Australia possible.
