Carelyn is a CPA-qualified finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the Australian public sector and international private enterprise. Originally from the Philippines, she relocated permanently to Australia in 2014, giving her a genuine insider's understanding of both markets. At Haraya, she leads all financial management functions and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring the financial and operational foundations of the company always work in step with each other.
Outside of work, Carelyn has a passion for painting, reading, and learning Spanish.
David van der Sleesen
Director of Client Relations
David's career spans engineering, biomedical science, and senior operational leadership across the NDIS, Child Protection and healthcare technology sectors, including a key role in implementing NSW's first IPTV system in a public hospital. At Haraya, he oversees all Australian-facing operations, from employer engagement to placement delivery, ensuring every client experience is seamless and consistently high in standard.
Away from the office, David is an enthusiast for watching movies and going to the beach.

Kristian has over 15 years of experience across government and commercial sectors, holding a Master's in Environmental Science. At Haraya, he builds and maintains the systems and workflows that keep the business running with rigour and consistency, ensuring quality never slips as the business grows. He also contributes to Haraya's broader strategic direction, particularly where long-term operational capability and scalability are concerned.
In his spare time, Kristian enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time in nature.
