Haraya operates on a simple, success-based model. There are no upfront fees, retainers, or costs unless a candidate we present is successfully hired. Our commission is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary, agreed in writing prior to any candidate introductions. Full terms are outlined in our client services agreement.
