Haraya is Live!

We are four people who looked at the same problem from different angles and arrived at the same conclusion. Australia has a serious and growing shortage of allied health professionals. The Philippines produces some of the most qualified, compassionate, and committed allied health graduates in the world. And yet the connection between the two has never been made as simply, as honestly, or as well as it should be. So we built Haraya to do exactly that.

Between us, we bring experience across finance, healthcare operations, systems design, and recruitment. Two of us grew up in the Philippines and built careers across two countries. Two of us have spent careers deep inside Australian healthcare, technology, and government sectors. All four of us are Australian-based, Philippines-connected, and genuinely invested in the outcome of every placement we make.

We did not build Haraya because it was a good business idea. We built it because we kept seeing the same gap and could not stop thinking about it. Qualified Filipino professionals who did not know how to find their way in. Australian healthcare organisations that did not know where to look. Two problems that were always one solution.
